Open the control panel, select Network and Internet then Internet Options. You should be looking at a form with tabs along the top. The tabs read: General, Security, Privacy, Content, Connections, Programs, and Advanced. Select the Advanced tab.

Select Reset Internet Explorer by clicking the button labeled 'Reset.' The computer will take up to a minute to complete the process. Now, restart your computer and try the Internet again.

If you still can't get on the Internet, contact your privider - Comcast, Verizon, RCN, etc. If they insist the problem isn't in their system, give Supertecs a call:

Reset your cable or DSL modem and router, if you have one. They are reset by unplugging and plugging them back in.
