Printer won't print:

To clear the print queue, open the Control Panel, select 'Printers.' The folder should contain several icons. Double-click on the icon representing your printer. It's labeled with the brand and model of your printer.
If the printer is turned on, has paper and ink, and it appears to be operating normally, it probably has a problem with print requests stuck in the print queue.
The print queue lists all of the items that haven't printed. Select each item in the queue, right click and select cancel. You can also use the option to cancel all print jobs on the pull down menu under 'printer'.
When the queue is empty, (or has one last item whose status is 'cancelling'), restart your computer. You should be able to print.
