Computer viruses get more and more sophisticated every day. Antivirus software frequently fails to protect us from the newest or sneekiest problems.
Update your antivirus software and run a scan. If it fails to remove the virus, reboot your computer to safe mode with networking. (tap the F8 key while turning on your computer - tap means press it about twice a second before Windows begins to start). Once in safe mode, start your antivirus software and run a complete scan.
Reboot your computer to normal mode. If the virus is still on your computer you might need help from Supertecs.
